Our client, a growing medical supplier seeking a Sales Support and Project Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month FTC in Crawley.This is a pivotal role within their business, ensuring that once a sale is agreed, the entire implementation process runs smoothly from start to finish.The Role:As Sales and Implementation Coordinator, you will take ownership of the post-sale journey, acting as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams.Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating the full rollout of product deliveries to customer sitesArranging technician visits to ensure correct storage, setup, and safe use of productsOrganising and scheduling regular service review meetings with clientsLeading internal handover meetings post-sale to clarify responsibilities, timelines, and delivery expectationsEnsuring all actions, communications, and milestones are accurately logged on the internal systemMonitoring progress to ensure agreed service levels and implementation timelines are achievedActing as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Technical teams, and external customers The Package: Salary £28,000 - £32,000paMonday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pmHybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)25 days holiday + BH Key Requirements: Has strong coordination or project administration experienceIs confident liaising with internal ..... full job details .....
