Siamo Recruitment is currently looking- for a permanent Sales Support & Pricing Coordinator to join a well-established and growing business in Flintshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in sales support, customer service, account management or administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
You''ll become the go-to contact for pricing enquiries within your own geographical area, working closely with an experienced Area Sales Manager to provide accurate quotations, build strong customer relationships and help win new business.
What you''ll be doing:

• Preparing and issuing accurate customer quotations
• Managing pricing enquiries and following up quotations
• Building strong relationships with customers and contractors
• Supporting the Area Sales Manager to maximise sales opportunities
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system
• Monitoring projects and sales opportunities
• Tracking customer orders and pricing activity
• Working towards individual and team KPIs
• Providing excellent customer service at every stage

We''re looking for someone who has:

• Experience in Sales Support, Internal Sales, Customer Service, Account Management or Administration
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Commercial awareness and confidence working to deadlines
