Sales Support Administrator

We''re looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role working closely with customers, our sales team, designers, warehouse and suppliers to help deliver outstanding service to our schools. Our products are designed specifically for young people, helping to build confidence, encourage participation and support active lifestyles. As demand for the brand continues to grow, we''re expanding our team to support existing customers and help drive future growth. Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day support to our field-based sales team. Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email. Coordinating artwork and designs with our in-house design team. Assisting with the creation and maintenance of school website portals. Liaising with suppliers, factories and our warehouse team regarding orders. Checking and dispatching teamwear orders. Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
