We are looking for someone with strong client relationship skills to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis in the Nottingham area. This role would suit someone from an internal sales, account management, or sales administration background.

Monday-Friday 
£28-32k.

The Role: 

  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring all queries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience
  • Provide quotations to customers as required
  • Process customer orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
The Candidate:
  •  Experience in a similar role within a product-based environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to use systems confidently and accurately
