About Isothane

Isothane Ltd is a UK manufacturer of specialist polyurethane systems, supplying customers in the construction, insulation, industrial and marine sectors.

We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a varied office-based role supporting our sales team and helping to provide excellent service to our customers.

The Sales Support Administrator Role

You''ll work closely with our sales team, helping to prepare quotations, respond to customer enquiries and keep customer information up to date.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, enjoys working with people and wants to develop a career in a growing manufacturing business.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Answering customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Preparing and sending customer quotations.
• Updating customer records and sales information.
• Following up quotations and sales opportunities.
• Producing  sales reports.
• Supporting the sales team with customer information.
• Working with production, logistics and accounts to help customers.
• Providing updates on prices, product availability and delivery times.
• Helping with general office administration.

What We''re Looking For

We''re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and professional.
• Well organised with good attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Comfortable speaking to customers by phone and email.
• Able to manage several tasks at once.
• Keen to learn about our products and business.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service or an office environment would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
