Salary: £24,000 (£1,000 bonus)

About the Role
As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient administrative support for our Sales Business Units. You’ll help us meet our KPIs and service targets by processing orders, managing communications, and supporting our Customer eXperience strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Support Administrator
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle inbound and outbound communications professionally
- Provide end-to-end administrative coordination
- Manage back orders and reporting tasks
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc business needs

- Experience in a fast-paced sales ordering environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
