Our client, a well-established and respected manufacturing company based in Billingshurst, is seeking a proactive Sales Support Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and confident phone etiquette to build a long-term career within a stable and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Seek new customers and build relationships with existing clients.
  • Quote customer enquiries.
  • Input customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Organise and schedule appointment and meetings.
  • Support the other departments with their day-to-day duties.

The Person:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or sales role.
  • Proficiency with PC and in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

The Package:
  • Salary: -28,000 - -30,000 (DOE)
  • Onsite parking
  • Monday to Thursday: 8am-5:30pm
  • Friday 8am-5pm
