£25 - £26k plus up to 2k yearly bonus

If so, my client a fabulous manufacturing business are now looking for a person to fully support a busy team of key salespeople.
This role is a busy and varied one and will involve taking ownership of a range of customer support/ Admin functions.
You will be joining a family-owned business that really care about their people. Monday to Friday 9-5pm with hybrid working pattern (1 day at home) after probation, 22days holiday which increases after a year plus parking is available!
Key duties
- Managing the department inbox, answering queries and passion on those that need added attention
- Assist with coordinating customer returns
- Checking quality of product returns and ensure the returns spreadsheet is kept up to date
- Order stationery and consumables- looking for the best value suppliers
- Assist with difficult customer queries
- Helping with ad hoc projects
- Calling customers to encourage them to leave Google reviews
- Assist with compliance paperwork
- Assist other teams when needed as well as being available to assist with online chat queries
