Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, core hours 8:00 am - 4:00 pm)
Work Location: Office-based during probation, hybrid working available afterwards (2 days WFH, with Wednesday & Thursday as mandatory office days)

Sales Support Administrator Role:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will support the sales team with essential administrative and client service tasks, ensuring a smooth process from enquiry through to order completion. You will be a key point of contact for clients, providing updates, resolving queries, and maintaining excellent relationships.
Sales Support Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Processing sales orders, contracts, and customer information accurately.
- Preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for the sales team.
Managing inbound and outbound calls with a professional and friendly approach.
Liaising with customers to provide updates and resolve queries.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Maintaining the CRM system and ensuring data accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
