Sales Support AdministratorBlackpool Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmSalary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annumA well-established and growing business within the retail sector is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join its busy and friendly team.This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to provide key support to the sales function while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.The RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, providing administrative and customer support to ensure a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to order completion.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the sales team with quotations, order processing, and customer enquiriesLiaising with customers via telephone and emailMaintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systemsAssisting with order tracking and project coordinationPreparing sales documentation and reportsDelivering excellent customer service throughout the customer journeyWorking closely with internal departments to ensure orders are completed on timeThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in sales support, customer service, administration, retail, or a similar office-based roleSales experience would be advantageous but is not essentialStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentA ..... full job details .....
