The key to their success within this fast-moving environment is outstanding technical expertise within the sales and production teams, coupled with a high level of customer service.The roleThis position includes all aspects of sales order administration as well as customer care, support and service, and full support for out-of-office sales staff. This position is 100% office based.Key responsibilities (approx. workload split)Order processing and amends - 30%Customer enquiries (phone, web forms and emails) - 15%MSDS requests and checks - 15%Customer portal administration - 6%Sample requests - 6%Transport control - 6%Case files (complaint processing) - 6%SOP administration - 3%Price list production - 3%Dashboard upkeep - 3%Data uploads - 3%Report production (e.g. CBAM reports) - 3%Desired skills and experienceStrong and natural computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applicationsEspecially competent in ExcelGood customer care skillsAbility to solve customer issues with maximum customer satisfactionPrevious experience in a similar role would be an advantageGood mathematical skillsThe personVery strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracyAbility to quickly learn new skillsPositive attitude to problem solvingStrong team ..... full job details .....
