This is a high-visibility, 12-month maternity cover role focused on driving video advertising growth within the UK''s most prestigious retail accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales: Refine and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the UK market, focusing on a high-priority portfolio of retail clients.Expert Pitching: Build and deliver compelling narratives to C-suite stakeholders, showcasing the unique value proposition of our video and brand solutions.Revenue Growth: Partner with internal account teams to expand "wallet share" and shift budgets from traditional TV/AV toward digital video.Product Advocacy: Act as a thought leader on the latest video features and ad formats, educating both internal teams and external agency partners.Consultative Insights: Use data-driven deep dives to provide tactical recommendations that solve complex business challenges for major retailers.What We''re Looking ForMedia Landscape Expertise: 8-10 years of experience within TV, Social Video, Digital, or Programmatic media.The "Agency DNA": Ideally, you come from a Media Agency background (eg, AV Manager, Business Director, or Commerce Planner) or a similar role at a major tech ..... full job details .....
