Sales Representative 27,000 - 30,000 per annum ( 42k OTE, Uncapped) Great Dunmow, Essex Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm Due to growth, my client, a family run business and industry leader is seeking a proactive and confident individual to support their sales team by generating new business opportunities, re-engaging with dormant clients, and building a strong, consistent pipeline.Key Duties: Proactively generate new leads using the established CRM systemMake consistent levels of outbound calls to existing, lapsed and new clientsEngaged with lapsed accounts and identify new business opportunitiesBook qualified meetings on behalf of the sales teamMaintain accurate and up to date CRM recordsFollow a structured daily and weekly activity planThink commercially and identify ways to improve pipeline and reactivation resultsThe ideal candidate:Previous sales experience essentialConfident on the phone and comfortable speaking to decision makersProactive, organised, and self motivatedCommercially aware and target drivenComfortable using CRM systems and lead generation toolsAble to manage your time effectively and work in a structured wayResilient and positive when handling objectionsOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
