We are seeking botjh experienced HVAC and refrigeration Sales Representatives with a minimum of 3 years in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning or refrigeration industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and understanding HVAC and/or refrigeration systems and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored HVAC or refrigeration solutions. Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and technical specifications. Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring timely follow-up. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
