Sales Representative (North of England and North Midlands - Plumbing and Heating Industry)

BritTherm Limited is a UK manufacturer of high-performance circulator pumps for domestic and commercial heating systems. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to cover the North of England and North Midlands (excluding Scotland). This is a full-time, field-based role with frequent travel and the autonomy to manage your own territory.Responsibilities:Manage existing accounts and develop new business with merchants, distributors, and trade clients.Visit trade counters regularly to promote BritTherm products and provide customer support.Organise and attend Breakfast Mornings and Trade Days.Present products clearly and professionally to customers.Negotiate and close sales, ensuring excellent follow-up and service.Keep accurate records and reports in CRM.Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.Experience required:Minimum 5 years'' B2B field sales experience in heating and plumbing.Proven track record of growing sales and accounts.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in face-to-face selling.Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.Right to work in the UK.Benefits:Salary £32,000 - £35,000 base + commission and bonuses.Company pension scheme.Flexible and autonomous working environment.Career progression opportunities.Supportive, collaborative company culture in a growing UK manufacturer. ..... full job details .....
