Location: West Bromwich (field-based)
Salary: £10,000 basic + 5% commission on sales
Type: Full-time

The Opportunity:
A well-established double glazing and home improvement company in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Sales Representative. This role requires someone with proven double glazing or fenestration sales experience who can confidently sell high-value projects such as conservatories, extensions, and full refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on qualified leads provided by the business
- Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and present tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver professional quotes
- Negotiate and close sales, protecting margins
- Maintain accurate CRM records of appointments and pipeline

Candidate Requirements:
- Direct experience in double glazing / fenestration sales is essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-driven with a track record of closing high-value contracts
- Confident working independently and managing own diary
