Sales Representative Location: Fordingbridge, Hampshire Working Pattern: Full-time, on-site, 5 days per week Recruitment Partner: Capilaux About the Opportunity Capilaux is representing a specialist aviation hardware distribution business in the recruitment of a Sales Representative to join its team in Fordingbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and commercially minded individual to join a business supplying hardware and components to the aviation industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer enquiries, processing orders and quotations, and delivering an exceptional standard of customer service. Working closely with customers and internal departments, you will help ensure orders are processed accurately, deliveries are coordinated efficiently and customer relationships are maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries by telephone and email, including quotations, purchase orders, pricing requests, product availability, shipping costs, returns and order follow-ups. Develop strong product knowledge to understand customer requirements, provide technical product information and recommend appropriate solutions. Coordinate with purchasing, shipping, finance, credit control, quality and operations teams to ensure efficient order processing, accurate lead times and timely customer updates.
