Wheatstone Solutions are working with a House Builder looking to recruit a Sales Progress/Administrator-into the team.
This is a pivotal customer-focused position, overseeing the progression of property sales from reservation through to legal completion. Working closely with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, estate agents, and internal teams, you''ll ensure transactions move forward smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service at every stage. You''ll play a vital role in achieving successful completions and creating a positive buying experience for every customer.
This is an office based role, 8:30 - 17:00 with some flexibility on start and finish times.
Duties include:
- Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing the customer journey from reservation through to legal completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasers, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage advisers, and other key contacts involved in the sales process.
- Monitor the progress of each sale, ensuring all parties remain on track and key milestones are achieved within agreed deadlines.
- Keep customers informed with regular updates, delivering a high standard of service throughout the buying experience.
- Coordinate exchange and completion dates, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.
- Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and administrative systems to support the sales function.
- Produce sales reports, update trackers, and provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider sales team.
- Identify potential delays or issues within the conveyancing process and take proactive steps to help resolve them.
- Liaise with construction and customer care teams to ensure homes are ready for successful handovers and customer completion.
- Ad-hoc duties assisting the Sales Manager and wider team as required
Skills Required:
- Previous experience within Sales Progression, Sales Coordination, Estate Agency, Conveyancing, Property Sales, or New Homes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- A proactive mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
