You will work closely with the Sales Team, and Logistics to monitor and progress orders, share updates, and ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to the expected standard.Main Responsibilities - Sales ProgressorMaintain regular, professional communication with the Sales Team to update them on order status, delivery timescales and any required actionsCoordinate with Sales Consultants, Aftersales, and Parts to prepare vehicles for handoverProactively identify potential delays or issues and escalate to the Sales Manager with recommended actionsHandle queries sensitively and professionally, including escalation of concerns to the appropriate manager for resolutionContribute to continuous improvement of sales progression processes, ..... full job details .....
