Sales Progressor Location: High Wycombe area Salary: £28k - £35k with possible OTE of up to £40k Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, could be flexible and could work 2 days from home Permanent We re looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join an established estate agency in the High Wycombe area. You ll manage sales from offer agreed through to exchange and completion, keeping everyone updated and helping resolve any issues along the way. This would suit someone organised, confident on the phone and proactive in chasing progress, who enjoys building relationships and providing a good service. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Progressor: Manage a portfolio of property sales from offer agreed through to exchange and completion. Liaise regularly with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other estate agents. Monitor the full chain and keep track of each transaction. Chase outstanding paperwork, mortgage offers, searches, enquiries and contracts. Identify potential delays early and work with the relevant people to resolve them. Keep clients informed with clear, honest updates and manage expectations. Maintain accurate notes and records on the CRM system. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover. Help reduce fall-throughs by addressing concerns and keeping buyers and sellers engaged. Work towards exchange and completion targets.
