This role would suit an organised and proactive property professional with experience in sales progression or conveyancing who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. The Role As a Sales Progressor, you will: Manage property sales from agreed sale through to completion Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders Proactively chase outstanding matters that may delay exchanges or completions Provide regular updates to all parties throughout the transaction process Build strong relationships to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience Identify and resolve issues to keep transactions progressing effectively Sales Progressor Requirements: Previous experience in property sales progression, estate agency, or conveyancing Strong communication and telephone skills Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Proactive ..... full job details .....
