£27,000 + £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)

A growing and fast-paced property business is looking for a Sales Progressor to join its team. This is a key role focused on managing property transactions from reservation through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for all parties involved.

This opportunity would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.

The Role

As a Sales Progressor, you will act as the central point of contact throughout the sales process, keeping deals moving and ensuring all parties remain aligned.

Key responsibilities include:

• Progressing property sales from reservation through to completion

• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, letting agents, and clients

• Proactively chasing updates and managing timelines

• Identifying and resolving delays within the sales process

• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout

About You

• Previous experience in property or sales progression is preferred but not essential

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Proactive, driven and able to manage multiple transactions

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
