They are now looking to add a Sales Progressor to their busy office in Bexley. The ideal candidate would be someone that has been a sales progressor or someone with either an estate agency background or a conveyancing background. The Sales Progressor role involves dealing with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and surveyors to ensure property transactions progress smoothly and efficiently right through to Legal completion. Core Responsibilities Chain Management: Monitor property chains. Identify potential delays early. Keep all parties updated. Liaison: Act as the main contact point for vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers. Milestone Tracking: Track legal searches, survey results, and contract timelines up to exchange and completion. Problem Solving: Resolve issues arising during conveyancing to prevent sales from falling through. Administration: Maintain accurate database records, update file notes, and issue confirmation letters.
