The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales Progressor to join a successful independent estate agency in Bristol. In this role you will take responsibility for property sales once an offer has been accepted, managing each transaction through to exchange and completion. You will act as the central point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and the internal sales team. The role requires proactive communication, strong organisation and the ability to keep multiple transactions moving forward while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities will include: • Manage property sales from offer acceptance through exchange and completion. • Act as the central point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and the internal sales team. • Proactively chase all parties to keep transactions moving and minimise delays. • Monitor key stages including searches, surveys, mortgage offers, enquiries, exchange and completion. • Keep buyers and sellers regularly updated throughout the process. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes on the company ..... full job details .....
