Do you enjoy managing multiple transactions, building strong relationships and keeping things moving through to completion? We re looking for a Sales Progressor to join our Sales and Marketing team, managing the end-to-end progression of property transactions across our portfolio, including new-build shared ownership sales, resales and buy backs. You ll take ownership from reservation through to legal completion, working closely with customers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and internal teams to minimise delays and deliver a smooth customer journey. You ll also play an important role in our Anti-Money Laundering and Source of Funds processes, alongside supporting lease extensions, management packs and other conveyancing activity.
