Sales Processor and Administrator Location: South CheshireSalary: £27,000 + benefits About the RoleWe are a leading UK company specialising in the supply, manufacture, design, installation, and servicing of pumping equipment. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Processor and Administrator to join our Service team.Our Service team supports both clients and the general public with maintenance and service requirements across new and existing contracts. This is a varied role combining order processing and general administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately process purchase orders and goods return requestsGenerate basic, non-technical quotationsRespond to customer enquiries promptly, ensuring excellent serviceLiaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teamsMaintain and update CRM systems and databasesSupport administrative tasks including supplier orders and progress trackingOrganise workload efficiently and prioritise tasks effectivelyMaximise effective use of company systemsMaintain and improve company procedures where possibleEnsure compliance with Health and Safety policiesProvide flexible support across the department as requiredRequirementsStrong computer skills (e.g. Office 365)Familiarity with CRM systems (Gold Vision preferred)Experience in a similar administrative role within a service environmentStrong attention to detail and methodical approachAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBTEC in Business Administration ..... full job details .....
