Roles/Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and identify new opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals
- Respond effectively to warm leads and showcase offerings confidently to diverse client groups
- Prepare accurate, professional quotations and follow up in a timely, organized manner
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Sales Director
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, and stay open to continuous learning
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally within the glazing or construction sector
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage CRM systems and handle client data responsibly
- Demonstrated personal integrity and a client-first mindset
Benefits
- Base salary between £25,000 and £35,000 (DOE) with OTE up to £70,000
