About the Client
Our Client is a well-established glazing specialist with nationwide reach and a strong presence across the South West. Known for delivering exceptional service and attention to detail, they collaborate with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and construction professionals to deliver high-end glazing solutions.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and identify new opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals
  • Respond effectively to warm leads and showcase offerings confidently to diverse client groups
  • Prepare accurate, professional quotations and follow up in a timely, organized manner
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Sales Director
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, and stay open to continuous learning

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally within the glazing or construction sector
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage CRM systems and handle client data responsibly
  • Demonstrated personal integrity and a client-first mindset

Benefits

  • Base salary between £25,000 and £35,000 (DOE) with OTE up to £70,000
