Sales Performance Manager Southern England Region £50,000 Basic Salary + Monthly Bonus Total Annual Package Value: £70,000 - £80,000+ An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the UK team of a rapidly expanding international automotive organisation as a Sales Performance Manager covering the Southern England region. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving retailer performance, network growth and commercial success across a strategically important territory. Working closely with dealer partners and senior leadership, you will be responsible for delivering sales objectives, implementing strategic initiatives and maximising market opportunities. The Opportunity Reporting into the Regional Operations function, you will take ownership of sales performance across Southern England, ensuring retailers are fully supported, motivated and equipped to achieve ambitious sales targets. Working closely with Dealer Principals, Investor Groups, Retailer Management Teams and Internal Stakeholders, you will develop and execute sales strategies that drive sustainable growth while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and brand representation.
