Sales Performance Manager

Sales Performance Manager Nottingham Full-time Monday to Friday 9am 5pm Basic salary up to £45,000 + OTE £60,000 (DOE) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Performance Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Nottingham. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for driving performance, productivity and service quality within a busy, customer-facing sales environment. The business is looking for a strong people leader who can motivate teams, challenge performance, and create a culture where individuals take pride in delivering excellent results and service every day. This role would suit someone with a background in sales leadership within environments such as estate agency, recruitment, property, financial services, or other fast-paced B2C sales operations. The Role • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team within a fast-paced environment • Drive productivity, performance and quality across the function • Analyse performance data and MI to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement • Implement coaching, mentoring and performance improvement plans where required • Create a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement • Support recruitment, onboarding and development of team members • Work closely with senior leadership to implement operational improvements and change initiatives • Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery standards are ..... full job details .....
