Our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their busy operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, coordinating orders from start to finish, and working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.£29k - £30k DOE + Good benefits In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and orders are processed accurately. You''ll work closely with internal departments, logistics providers, and external partners to ensure products are delivered on time while maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Deliver a high standard of customer support via email, telephone, and other communication channels. Process customer orders accurately, ensuring product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery details are correct. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure efficient order fulfilment and timely deliveries. Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Purchasing, and Inventory to resolve customer queries and support smooth day-to-day operations. Monitor customer orders from placement through to delivery, providing updates where required and resolving any issues promptly.
