Order Processing and Administrative Support RoleWe are working with a client on an exclusive basis looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join their team supporting both orders processing activities and providing administrative assistance.This role plays an important part in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations by ensuring customer orders are handled accurately and efficiently, while also supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent attention to detail, and some exposure to working in a finance or accounts environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder ProcessingAccurately input and process customer orders using internal systems.Review order details thoroughly, ensuring correct pricing and customer information.Liaise with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve queries.Monitor order progress to ensure deadlines and service levels are achieved.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order records.Finance Administrative SupportProvide general administrative support to the finance team.Assist with the input and organisation of supplier invoices within Sage.Support the recording of customer payments and maintenance of records.Ensure finance documentation is correctly stored and maintained in line with procedures.General AdministrationPrepare reports and maintain internal records as required.Contribute to improving administrative processes and efficiency.Provide wider ..... full job details .....
