What you will be doing: Processing all incoming customer orders accurately using the ERP system Tracking delivery dates and processing delivery notes Managing order amendments, cancellations and rebookings Supporting customers via telephone and email, responding to queries and resolving issues Processing monthly and quarterly price adjustments Maintaining accurate and up-to-date price lists Handling customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved efficiently Creating and processing credit notes Maintaining accurate customer and product master data Supporting the smooth running of the wider sales administration function What you need to bring: Previous experience in sales order processing or sales administration Experience using an ERP system Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills The ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment Good IT skills and ...
