This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team within a fast-paced environment, with the role initially offered on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate.This position would suit someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and enjoys working collaboratively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.The Role Reporting to the Sales Order Processing Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders and quotations are processed efficiently and accurately, in line with company procedures and service level agreements.You will be responsible for coordinating orders, communicating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met.Key Responsibilities Processing customer orders and quotations accurately and efficientlyChecking all incoming orders to ensure correct information is providedLiaising with customers regarding queries or amendments to quotationsEnsuring all orders are processed within agreed timeframesCoordinating with Planning and Production teams to manage workflowMaintaining accurate records and documentationResponding to customer enquiries via email and telephoneProviding general administrative support to the ..... full job details .....
