Sales Order Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join a fast-paced retail customer service team. This role focuses on ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of sales orders while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Description

• Liaising with wholesale and retail customers in a professional and timely manner
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Issuing invoices and maintaining accurate order records
• Providing customer support via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
• Answering customer questions and resolving issues in a clear and professional manner
• Ensuring customer orders are packed, processed, and dispatched on time
• Assisting with packing and operational fulfilment as required
• Monitoring order progress and helping to troubleshoot delays or delivery issues
• Supporting stock coordination and general supply chain management
• Assisting with the movement of goods through the order fulfilment process
• Helping maintain accuracy across inventory, orders, and dispatch records
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow from order receipt through to delivery

Profile

A successful Sales Order Processor should have:

• Previous experience in office administration, operations, customer service, or order processing
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using email, WhatsApp, invoicing systems, and general office software
• Comfortable carrying out both clerical and practical hands-on tasks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Experience supporting stock control, fulfilment, or supply chain activity would be advantageous
• Experience working with both wholesale and retail customers is desirable
