Sales Order Processor and Warehouse Working days: Monday to Friday Hours: 9am 5pmAbout the RoleWe are looking for an organised and versatile Operations and Customer Support professional to support the day-to-day activities of an established healthcare products business. This is a varied, hands-on position covering customer service, order processing, stock control, purchasing support, warehouse activities, shipping, exhibitions, administration, e-commerce and general operational support. The successful candidate will be an important point of contact for customers and suppliers and will help ensure that orders, stock and day-to-day operational activities are handled accurately and efficiently.We are looking for someone who is: Organised and reliableCustomer-focusedPractical and hands-onAdaptable and willing to undertake varied dutiesDetail-orientedA good communicatorProactive in identifying and reporting problemsComfortable working as part of a small teamAble to prioritise work and meet deadlines Previous experience with MHRA-related processes and Amazon sales would be advantageous, but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
