You''ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, tracked efficiently and communicated clearly from order through to delivery.Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you''ll become a trusted point of contact while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the sales operation.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.Manage customer enquiries via email, telephone, Zendesk and live chat.Track orders from placement through to delivery and provide regular updates.Check stock availability, pricing, and delivery timescales.Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries.Monitor online orders and ensure successful system integration.Investigate and resolve order processing discrepancies.Maintain accurate customer and order records across multiple systems.Support customers with order progress enquiries and aftersales queries. ..... full job details .....
