What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and processing customer orders
- Keeping shared inboxes organised, ensuring prompt, professional communication
- Reviewing orders for accuracy and alignment with company guidelines
- Proactively identifying and resolving inconsistencies before processing
- Handling multiple priorities with ease — supporting customers and processing orders
- Learning to navigate SAP and understand the full order journey from entry to completion
- Ensuring accurate data handling in line with GDPR and company policies
- Keeping customer platforms updated
- Strong organisational skills and a sharp attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing (SAP knowledge is a plus!)
- Comfortable using multiple systems, platforms, and portals
- A collaborative team player with a continuous improvement approach
