Sales Operations Specialist - EMEA

6 month contract - Hybrid

We''re looking for an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join an international team supporting the end-to-end order and delivery process across European markets. You will be working for a leading global gaming brand in the heart of their sales operations team.

You''ll work closely with Sales, Commercial Planning, Supply Chain and Logistics teams, ensuring orders are processed accurately, deliveries are managed effectively and any issues are resolved quickly.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage sales orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Process and maintain orders using SAP, including EDI orders.
• Manage allocations, backorders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners across EMEA.
• Handle retailer queries, claims, discrepancies and disputes.
• Work closely with commercial teams to resolve pricing, allocation and delivery issues.
• Support after-sales activities and continuous process improvement.
• Produce regular and ad hoc operational reporting.

What we''re looking for:

• You will have experience working in Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations or Supply Chain in a large organisation.
• Strong SAP experience, ideally S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
• German language skills are strongly preferred, with other European languages advantageous.
