Commercial Operations Global Software Company 12 Months FTC Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes? This is a varied role where you''ll be responsible for the administration, validation and successful fulfilment of orders, with a particular focus on complex or non-standard transactions that fall outside automated workflows.You''ll become a trusted expert across ordering processes and systems, while working closely with sales teams, internal stakeholders and channel partners to resolve issues and improve the way the business operates.What you''ll be doing Processing high-complexity and non-standard SaaS orders that fall outside automated workflows.Monitoring ordering issues within internal systems and taking corrective action to ensure orders can be successfully provisioned.Reviewing and validating orders to ensure pricing, discounts and terms comply with company policies.Becoming an internal expert on order-related systems and processes, including HubSpot, NetSuite and FastSpring.Supporting partners and internal sales teams with ordering procedures and requirements.Maintaining clear internal documentation and "how-to" guidance for manual fulfilment tasks.Identifying and escalating orders that fall outside standard policies.Investigating recurring ordering issues and providing feedback to automation teams.Looking for opportunities to automate manual workflows and leverage AI-driven ..... full job details .....
