Sales Operations Manager

Sales Operations Manager required to join an established business in what will be a hands-on role, managing a team of 18 Catering Drivers, ensuring daily targets are achieved, growing the customer base and opportunities. Salary is 40,000, plus bonus. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 3.30pm.Duties:Oversee a team of 18 Catering Drivers, Sales AssistantsBrief staff for the day ahead and at the end of each dayOut on the deliveries with the team learning the areas and core customer baseBuild and monitor sales through face to face interactionEnsure staff follow safety rules and company proceduresOrganise team holiday rotaManage and monitor absence, arranging appropriate coverage using internal covers or personal interventionManage complaintsAssist with recruitment for the teamBenefits: 40,000 per annumHealthy and achievable bonusExperience required:Previous face to face experience, ideally in a sales target driven capacityConfident communication skills, excellent customer service experienceTeam management experience is essentialCatering, hospitality experience is desirableA motivated, and positive individual, with get up and go!Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasksPC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skillsPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
