Sales Operations ExecutiveLocation: Hybrid (Bucks area - between High Wycombe and Beaconsfield)Contract: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm (6 months temp, permanent subject to performance)Salary: Circa £35,000 equivalent (hourly rate)Role Overview This role is central to supporting the commercial function through strong operational processes, accurate data, and structured workflows. You will own CRM management, sales reporting, and commercial documentation, while acting as the key link between Sales and Delivery to ensure seamless project handovers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain CRM opportunities from creation through to closureEnsure accuracy, completeness, and alignment of all deal dataMaintain pipeline hygiene and support forecasting and reportingPrepare and manage quotes, order forms, and Scope of Works (SOWs)Ensure consistency, accuracy, and version control across documentationAct as a quality checkpoint before handover to delivery teamsTrack and support education grant activities, ensuring deadlines and complianceManage workflows using systems such as JIRA (or similar)Coordinate project handovers from sales to deliveryIdentify and improve operational inefficienciesLiaise across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and FinanceSupport onboarding and training on systems and processesProvide conference support, including reporting and travel coordinationCandidate Profile3+ years'' experience in Sales or Commercial OperationsStrong attention to detail and process-driven mindsetHighly ..... full job details .....
