Sales Operations CoordinatorRemote / Huddersfield (occasional office attendance required)£25,000 - £32,000 per annumWe are currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Coordinator / Senior Sales Administrator to join a well-established, family-run business based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales support professional with around 4-5 years'' experience, ideally within parts, engineering, or plumbing sectors. The role has arisen due to continued growth and offers scope for progression within a supportive, close-knit team.Working in a varied and fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function and delivering a high level of customer service.Key Responsibilities:Handling customer enquiries via phone and emailAdvising customers on suitable products and solutionsManaging the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completionPromoting and upselling a range of heating and wellness productsProcessing quotations, orders, and general sales administrationMaintaining CRM systems, sales pipelines, and customer recordsBuilding strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experienceUpdating and managing website product listings (Magento), including content and pricingCoordinating with warehouses and couriers, including international shipmentsMonitoring stock levels and placing supplier ordersReviewing supplier invoices and resolving discrepanciesResearching competitor pricing and ..... full job details .....
