This is a key role within the business, supporting the sales function and ensuring data is accurate, quotes keep moving, customer information is up to date, and sales and production have the information they need to deliver high quality work. Key ResponsibilitiesSales and MRP ManagementAccurately enter and maintain sales data within the MRP systemKeep customer, pricing and job information accurate, current and audit-readyProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales ManagerMaintain, cleanse and improve CRM dataEnsure customer records, contacts and opportunities are accurate and up to dateSupport reporting and pipeline visibility through high-quality dataAssist with RFQ management to support timely and accurate quotationsResearch new or unusual materials, coatings and manufacturing processesLiaise with internal teams and external contacts to gather technical and commercial information Essential skills and experience:Strong organisational skillsExcellent attention to detailExperience working with CRM systems and high-volume dataConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Desirable experience:Manufacturing, engineering or technical sales experienceExposure to MRP or ERP systemsFamiliarity with quoting or RFQ processesAn interest in ..... full job details .....
