Sales Operations Analyst - London/Hybrid - 12 Months - £250-£270 daily (inside)A global SaaS company is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst for an initial 12-month assignment.Responsibilities:
Serve as the go-to support for troubleshooting sales agents using Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and related sales reporting tools.Lead projects aimed at improving sales agent productivity, including medium-term initiatives and immediate gains.Support lead transfer from marketing to sales within established SLAs.Provide regular insight reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to sales managers to enhance channel performance.Collaborate with key partners to improve sales agent experience with tools like Salesforce.Skills and Experience:
