Sales Operations Administrator Full-time | Office-based | Nottinghamshire We''re looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join a growing UK business supplying major retailers with trade and DIY products. This is a hands-on administration and customer service role supporting B2B customers in a busy, fast-paced environment. What you''ll be doing Processing customer orders and managing the sales administration process Handling customer queries, delivery issues and general communications Supporting branch managers and senior contacts at retail customers Working on an ERP system (currently Sage, moving to Microsoft Business Central) Providing general administrative support to the sales operations team What we''re looking for Previous experience in an administration or customer service role Comfortable speaking to customers by phone and email Strong organisation and prioritisation skills Good attention to detail Reliable, consistent and proactive approach Experience with Sage or Microsoft Business Central is a bonus, not essential Working pattern Office-based, 5 days per week Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm Friday: early finish around 4pm On-site parking and good public transport links Why apply?
