The Role As Sales Office Supervisor, you''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Sales Office, ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience from enquiry through to delivery. You''ll work closely with the external sales team, production, planning and logistics to keep everything running smoothly. You''ll also play a key role in coaching and developing your team, improving processes and identifying opportunities to grow existing customer accounts. What You''ll Be Doing Leading, motivating and developing a team of Sales and Customer Service Advisors. Coaching, mentoring and carrying out regular performance reviews. Ensuring customer enquiries and orders are handled efficiently and professionally. Supporting the team with more complex customer queries and escalations.
