Sales Office Manager
We re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Office Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation based in St Neots. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to lead and develop an internal sales team while driving continuous improvement across the sales function. Main Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the internal sales team to meet business objectives. Manage workloads and oversee the daily running of the sales office. Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and support staff development. Oversee order management to ensure on-time delivery and excellent customer service. Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting. Produce and analyse KPI reports to monitor performance and drive improvements. Support demand forecasting and Sales and Operations Planning (SandOP) activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across business operations.
