What s in it for you: £30,000 £34,000 salary depending on experience FTE 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday - part time will be considered Flexitime 30 days holiday (22 days plus 8 bank holidays) FTE Company pension On-site parking A leadership role within a well established technical business As Sales Office Manager, you ll take ownership of the daily operations of the office function, ensuring efficient administration, accurate processing of technical enquiries and a consistently high standard of customer support. Your role will include: Leading and coordinating the internal sales team Managing workload planning to ensure timely quotations and order processing Overseeing accurate quotations for flow meters, level sensors and instrumentation solutions Ensuring CRM data, pipeline tracking and customer records remain accurate Monitoring KPIs, order intake, forecasting accuracy and lead times Maintaining a strong customer-service culture aligned with iCenta s technical expertise To succeed as Sales Office Manager, you ll bring: Experience within a technical sales administration or office management role Background in manufacturing, engineering, ..... full job details .....
