You''ll combine technical window and door knowledge with people management, customer service and commercial awareness, helping to improve processes, develop the team and ensure orders are right first time.What you''ll be doingManaging the day-to-day running of the sales and technical office.Leading and developing the quotations, order processing and aftersales teams.Overseeing customer quotations and orders from initial enquiry through to production.Checking specifications and ensuring orders are technically accurate before manufacture.Coordinating production capacity, workflow and customer delivery commitments.Providing technical advice and support to customers and colleagues.Managing customer and aftersales issues, identifying root causes and reducing repeat problems.Setting KPIs and driving team performance, productivity and accountability.Reviewing processes and introducing improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy and customer service.Working closely with sales, ..... full job details .....
