Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate project quotations and process sales and purchase orders. Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and project timescales. Check and validate customer purchase orders, invoices and project information. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams. Manage customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Monitor stock availability and coordinate deliveries to meet customer deadlines. Prioritise a busy and varied workload while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
